Nicki Minaj now has the numbers to prove that she’s is one of hottest hip hop artiste alive.
With her latest single, “Anaconda” making the charts this week at #19, Minaj has earned her 51st entry on the Hot 100 Hits list surpassing Michael Jackson, The King Of Pop, who held 50 entries on the Hot 100.
According to reports from Billboard magazine, Minaj has taken the lead on the Hot 100 as a female rapper and Missy Elliot has the second slot in the category with 31 entries.
In the genre of hip hop, Minaj ties with Eminem who has the seventh best total and Lil Wayne leads the entire Hot 100 with 122 entries as a rapper.
Minaj shared the good news via Instagram, with the caption Made history today.
I didn’t even know I was tied with Michael Jackson with 50 Hot 100 entries on Billboard. Anaconda makes 51 and now I’m tied with Rod Stewart. God bless, and thank you.
