Nigerian sprinter Blessing Okagbare has won the women’s 100m race at the ongoing commonwealth games in Glasgow, United Kingdom. She finished in 10.85 seconds to emerge the winner on Monday, July 28, 2014, at Hampden Park with Jamaica’s Veronica Campbell-Brown and Kerron Stewart winning silver and bronze medal respectively.
