BARCELONA TO HOST MADRID IN FIRST EL CLASICO ON OCTOBER 26

The LFP today confirmed that Barcelona and Real Madrid, will face each other for the first time this season on October 26 at the Nou Camp.
It will be their 10th league game of the season for both teams and will be the first El Clasico for both coaches: Madrid’s Carlo Ancelotti and Barcelona’s Gerardo Martino, as well as for Barca’s Neymar and Madrid’s Gareth Bale, Isco, Asier Illarramendi and Daniel Carvajal.
Barcelona have not beaten Real Madrid since December 2011 and Lionel Messi will be looking to score the goal, that will take him above Madrid legend Alfredo Di Stefano, to become El Clasico’s all-time top scorer.
Before the game, Barcelona will travel to face Milan in the Champions League, while Real Madrid will welcome Juventus.
