MESUT OZIL SAYS JACK WILSHERE’S STRIKE WAS LIKE A PLAYSTATION GOAL

Arsenal star Mesut Ozil says Jack Wilshere’s strike against Norwich was more PlayStation than Premier League.
Wilshere’s opener in Saturday’s 4-1 win at the Emirates Stadium has been hailed as one of the best goals in Premier League history, after some stunning interplay between the Englishman, Santi Cazorla and Olivier Giroud.
And Ozil, scorer of some fabulous goals himself, praised his teammates, claiming it was almost like they were on a game console.
“I’ve got to praise the three players involved for the first goal,” Özil told Arsenal Player. “It was real ‘tiki taka’ – almost like they were playing PlayStation! It was an unbelievable goal.”
Ozil bagged a brace in the match, with in-form Aaron Ramsey bagging a fourth, and the German believes he can get even better.
“I know that I can still improve but I’m happy with my display and the performance of the team. Aaron Ramsey showed that any player who comes on will do his best for the team and will get involved in tackles and attacks immediately.
“That’s why we’ve been in such good form. I’m really proud of the team. We’re taking what the manager wants us to take into games and are making strides. Now we’ve got another three points and can be pleased with that.”
