Preparation is in top gear for the much talked about Nigerian centenary pageant as the organizers, AOE has recently signed a contract with Transcorp Hilton hotels, Abuja to house the contestants.
Signing the agreement in Abuja last weekend, the CEO of AOE, Nike Oshinowo asked prospective applicants to submit their entries which closed last Sunday. “This contest will not feature swim wears as it obtains in other competition. This decision is borne out of the peculiarity and diversity of Nigeria and also on the need to ensure full participation by all segments of the population, regardless of their religious or ethnic backgrounds,” she said.
