Popular yoruba actor, Kareem Adepoju, known as Baba Wande, will on November 24 celebrate his 50th year on stage at the LTV Blue Roof, Ikeja.
Speaking about his years of acting, Adepoju said he is fulfilled and enjoying his life but wants to be promoter and movie marketer later in life.
“I will like to sell movies, write plays, direct movies and teach the younger generation things related to the movie industry,” he said.
The event, which is expected to start on November 20, will include visits to the Osun state House of Assembly and some selected motherless babies home and Orphanages.
Adepoju also called for unity among actors and actresses, especially in the Yoruba movie industry, saying it would a level play ground for both old and upcoming stars.
Entertainers expected to perform at the event are King Sunny Ade, Lagbaja, Pasuma and others.
