KYLIE JENNER GETS HER OWN SNAPCHAT FILTER ON HER BIRTHDAY.

Kylie Jenner finally turned 19 today and Snap chat had a special filter for their favourite girl. The snapchat featured a cartoon version of one of her most liked photos on Instagram with glitters. Kylie was excited about the filter and was one of the numerous people who tried it out.
