The other driver in the Kris Jenner crash incident has lost not only his car but his home in last week's collision.
According to TMZ, out-of-work actor Jack Way was living in the Toyota Prius vehicle that was involved in the accident, before it was written off on Wednesday.
And, since the accident seemed to have been caused by Jack when he cut in front of Kris' $250k Rolls Royce at a red light intersection in Calabasas, he could stand to lose more.
The website reports that Jack did not have collision insurance and has therefore called in the help of car accident lawyers.
Speaking to TMZ after the crash last week, he said: 'Whoever's fault it was, whoever has the more power I feel like has got [a better chance of winning].'
The California-based firm claims to have awarded over two billion dollars in financial compensation over 35 years.
Since Jack has been living in his car for many months and now has no money to buy a new car or pay rent, he's previously said that he believes Kris will ultimately triumph.
'I didn't want to be a part of this, I just wanted to go home today... I have nothing against Kris, I was actually one of the people that still like her.'
Meanwhile, Kris wasted no time in replacing her $250,000 vehicle with an identical one in white with a black convertible top, the next day, but she has not said anything about forgiving the guy.
